Thats what I said to a friend the other day when they asked what its like working in HR at bpha. And I meant it. Were growing weve got big plans and right now were looking for someone to join our brilliant People team as an HR Advisor.
Its a full-time permanent role and we work in a hybrid waywith the expectation that were in the Bedford office at least two days a week. Its a great balance: enough time together to collaborate share ideas and stay connected while still having the flexibility to work from home when it makes sense.
Whats the team like
Honestly Supportive collaborative and full of energy. Weve got each others backs and were always sharing knowledge and ideas. Youll be part of a team that genuinely cares about doing great work and helping each other grow.

Someone whos confident with ER case management can juggle priorities and keeps things moving with a solutions-focused mindset.
