An excellent opportunity has arisen for a competent capable and experienced Residential Property Manager to join a prestigious estate agency based in South Kensington.
This is a full-time permanent role for someone who can hit the ground running and take charge of a managed portfolio with professionalism and confidence.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a residential lettings portfolio
- Conducting property inspections check-ins check-outs and mid-term visits
- Coordinating maintenance and handling tenant issues
- Preparing and serving notices where required
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management
- Keeping records up-to-date and compliant
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong understanding of the lettings and rental process
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional confident and dependable
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with the South Kensington area is a plus
