Job Description
The position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the project flow for all work passing through the marketing department. This includes selecting and implementing a fit-for-purpose project management system (e.g. Jira or another recommended tool).
- Set up and manage the end-to-end project flow for all marketing initiatives - from brief through to delivery
- Define and maintain clear timelines scopes and priorities for each project
- Track progress daily monitor against agreed milestones and proactively flag delays or risks
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams external partners and creative agencies
- Create structured reporting on project status workload timelines and delivery performance
- Champion consistent ways of working and help embed smart processes across the team
- Ensure all creative outputs align with our brand guidelines quality standards and strategic objectives
- Support global campaign rollouts collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales Product HR etc.)
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
- Bachelor or master degree e.g. in business administration marketing or a commercial apprenticeship with appropriate additional training
- Profound professional experience managing complex creative or marketing projects from start to finish
- Ability to quickly understand marketing and brand priorities and translate them into structured workflows
- Comfortable building dashboards workflows and templates that support visibility and consistency
- Strong organizational and time management skills - youre able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Clear confident communicator - comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and a love for bringing order to chaos
- Hands-on experience setting up and using project management tools
- Understanding of digital print video and event production workflows
- Fluent language skills in English are mandatory German language skills are an advantage other languages also
