Business Development Executive
- 75000 Basic Salary 10000 Commission
- Field Based Position - Belgium Coverage
- Field based 4-5 Days/Week

About the Role:
Join a global leader in tooling solutions with decades of expertise in customizing tools to meet the challenges of sheet metal fabrication. Represent this well-established company in Belgium driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.
This is a consultative field-based sales role working closely with the European sales team.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of 150 accounts including active and dormant customers with a focus on increasing revenue across the region.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities for selling tooling packages tied to Punch Press and Press Brake machine tooling solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
- Problem-Solving: Provide tailored solutions to customers tooling and sheet metal challenges.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a driven sales professional with a background in technical or mechanical engineering.
- Sales Experience: B2B Sales Experience
- Technical Knowledge: Mechanical engineering qualifications or experience
- Proven Hunter: A growth-oriented driven individual eager to expand their territory and customer base.
