Each day youll go above and beyond to
- Develop a structured and bespoke sales approach through needs analysis to drive meaningful growth across a diversified proprietary portfolio
- Utilise NABs CRM to record activities and sales opportunities working with experienced bankers and credit/lending specialists ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
- Alternate between head office and being boots on the ground where your clients are based to ensure personalised and informed solutions
- Proactively manage risk adhere to compliance requirements and escalate issues as identified ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.
- Target local growth across various market segments utilising an existing client base along with your professional acumen to drive sustainable growth for our customers and bankers
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Proven track record in origination relationship management and business development skills
- Strong experience in Business Banking lending practices and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders with varying levels of financial circumstances
- Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures
