Job Description
What is your role
As an HR Generalist for Eleventh Hour Games youll be responsible for a wide range of tasks across many parts of EHGs HR and operations pipeline. This individual needs exceptional professionalism communication skills self autonomy attention to detail and organizational-minded approach. You will be working across a fully remote environment with individuals across a global market. Familiarization with HR best practices and a strong project management mindset are key.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in an HR or equivalent role
- Have excellent written and verbal communication including high-quality document preparation and presentation skills
- Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Experience working in HRIS Payroll Project Management and other HR tools
- Strong organizational problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and workflow completing projects on or ahead of schedule
- Ability to make appropriate judgment calls in high-priority situations alongside the ability to complete multiple tasks on similar deadlines
Pluses:
- Experience working in a Studio Environment in the Video Game Industry
- Knowledge and Passion for the Industry
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead training and development across multiple departments/topics
- Full cycle recruitment for roles spanning multiple departments
- Plan and facilitate company benefits programs and open enrollment including company-wide presentations and training
- Be a subject matter expert on all things payroll compensation and benefits
- Own portions of the onboarding and offboarding experience including training and new ire orientation
- Work with senior leadership to facilitate company wide initiatives regarding morale retention and employee life cycle
- Oversee the Manager experience including peer feedback employee reporting identifying team gaps and overall manager training and support
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives across the organization
- Help identify organize and execute on HR strategy regarding morale retention recruitment and more.
