The Lead Product Manager Digital Operations role is responsible for developing and leading the execution of JD Finish Lines digital experiences roadmaps focused on driving conversion and revenue. This role will act as the PO for the Digital Operations team owning backlog and prioritization of key commerce driving initiatives and also manage and lead the A/B testing program for JD Finish Line. This role will identify define create and validate digital experiences focused on digital growth solving customer friction points and creating best in class business tools. The Lead Product Manager is responsible for looking ahead to evaluate user experience paradigm shifts and constantly revisit product strategy in response to the changing industry practices and customer behaviors. This leader should effectively exhibit JD Finish Lines core values of Customer People Winning Community and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following key duties:
Act as the PO for the Digital Operations team owning the backlog and prioritization of key commerce driving initiatives.
Design implement and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the conversion and customer experience
Communicate test results to share learnings and insights with stakeholders across broader teams. Celebrate successes.
Converts business goals and objectives into a product roadmap in an iterative process based on industry research customer interactions and through a series of experiments intended to confirm the business value of initiatives.
Serves as the technical business owner for the implementation of new features and capabilities for Digital Operations by owning all business requirements and working cross functionally to ensure successful completion of each project
Collaborates with business unit leads to establish product measures of success and implement tools for tracking these measures
Partner with key business stakeholders to troubleshoot any known issues related to the tool set or key programs and prioritize needs with backlog.
Leverages behavioral data customer feedback and business input to develop prioritize and communicate strategy and roadmap creation.
Works cross-functionally especially with IT as a liaison and key communicator ensuring the implementation of the highest quality digital enhancements for the JD Finish Line brand.
Participates in all Agile ceremonies representing the Digital Operations team and driving the business requirements for additional capabilities and enhancements
Maintains strong relationships with key vendor partners to ensure successful integrations including involvement in regular performance reviews and contract negotiations
Ensure thorough and timely communication between key stakeholders (e.g. senior management business owners technology partners) communicate project status raise issues as needed organize meetings align calendars etc.
Provide ongoing analysis of business process and technology opportunities for operational efficiency.
Owns end to end testing for new features or enhancements along side IT partners
Accountable for the overall business technology solution delivery.

Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience required with Business Merchandising Communications preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience required in eCommerce preferably within business operations/merchandising. Experience working within an ecommerce platform such as Oracle Commerce (ATG) Demandware Magento etc. Deep knowledge of ecommerce best practices and industry trends. Internal JD Finish Line experience is a plus.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have fluent knowledge and abilities with G Suite toolset or Microsoft equivalents. Business level understanding of Web technologies.
