A Brief Overview
The Account Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and sales performance within key wholesale accounts by collaborating closely with Brand Marketing Product Merchandising and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will partner with key retail accounts to provide strategic oversight on day-to-day business needs across all marketing channels including Digital In-Store Events and Education. This role will involve crafting comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans while leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns for maximum impact. This position requires a proactive results-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills and a passion for marketing. The successful candidate will be adept at fostering relationships with retail partners and translating brand objectives into actionable marketing strategies that drive success in the marketplace.

Leadership Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Partner with Brand Marketing Product Merchandising & Sales to support account business objectives establishing marketing campaigns driving awareness and sell-thru at retail.
• Works hand-in-hand with key retail accounts for strategic oversight of day-to-day business needs through all levers of marketing: Digital In-Store Events and Education.
• Develops marketing strategies full year plans and optimizing learnings for future campaigns.
• Building and managing bottoms up budgets for retailer partners focused on opportunities to support ASICS brand initiatives and key product stories through the lens of retail partners building in strategic all-hands support
• Partner with Sales to be the front facing marketing voice with wholesale retailers in this channel of business from presentations strategic partner marketing event planning event execution and budget creation.

• Knowledge and understanding of the retail business and stays current with industry trends

What Youll Need

• Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Communications or Business or equivalent training education and/or experience required
• 3-4 years experience working with retail accounts supporting business marketing and/or sales needs required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.; experience with Outlook One Drive Microsoft Teams etc. preferred
