We are seeking a skilled and dependable Property Management Accountant to support the financial operations of our growing property management division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment enjoys streamlining processes and is passionate about delivering accurate timely financials to the team.
In this role you will be responsible for full-cycle accounting tasks including financial reporting A/P A/R CAM reconciliations and bank account management. Youll work closely with property managers the Broker-in-Charge and ownership groups to ensure transparency accuracy and efficiency in all accounting functions.

- Prepare review and distribute monthly financial statements to property managers and owners
- Manage accounts payable including invoice coding entry payment and approval coordination
- Oversee accounts receivable functions including tenant invoicing rent collections and delinquency tracking
- Manage owner bank accounts: deposit and record rent payments and reconcile monthly statements
- Produce accurate monthly and annual CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations
- Research and resolve accounting issues through analysis and critical thinking
- Collaborate with the HOA Accountant and provide back-up support as needed
- Support additional accounting duties as assigned with room to grow as the department expands
- An associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience in property management accounting
- A minimum of 3 years of general ledger accounting experience; property management software experience is a plus
- Possess a positive attitude integrity and passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Experience in DoorLoop and Yardi Breeze or Genesis preferred
