Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on long-term client success and maximizing the value clients receive by proactively increasing adoption and usage of the Origami platform. The Customer Success Account Executive will own the overall client relationship acting as a strategic partner from the initial contract signature through the life of the contract. This position is also responsible for identifying and closing additional recurring revenue while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Own the overall client relationship and act as a strategic partner from the initial contract signature through the life of the contract.
  • Partner internally to maintain highly satisfied and referenceable clients.
  • Maintain relationships with primary decision-makers/buyers.
  • Drive growth of products and services ensuring full adoption of features.
  • Advise clients on leveraging new features and functionality.

Operational Management:

  • Quarterback internal resources and departments to manage multiple client workstreams effectively.
  • Own and manage overall client health and satisfaction.
  • Complete contract renewals and manage SOW execution.
  • Handle client support budget increases and upgrades including billing for time and materials.
  • Maintain all client-specific data in Salesforce and manage client communications .

Client Feedback and Improvement:

  • Respond to and coordinate efforts to address client feedback efficiently and effectively.
  • Submit and advocate for product enhancement requests on behalf of the client.
  • Conduct product roadmap review sessions and gather client feedback.

Mentorship and Training:

  • Act as a mentor to less experienced Origami colleagues.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of new Origami colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or business-related field.
  • 8 years experience in a client-facing professional services role.
  • P&C Insurance experience required
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
