Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) 20 per Hour Full-Time Day Shifts
Our client a well-established and welcoming care home is looking for a compassionate and committed Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their friendly team. This purpose-built service provides expert nursing and dementia care for older adults in a warm person-centred environment.
Whether youre an RGN or RMN with experience in elderly care this is an opportunity to work in a supportive setting where your clinical skills and kindness will be genuinely valued.
As a Staff Nurse working day shifts youll play a vital role in delivering safe effective care that promotes independence and dignity. Youll work alongside an experienced care team to support residents with a range of physical and cognitive needs.
What Youll Need:
- NMC-registered RGN or RMN
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience ideally in a care home setting
- A strong understanding of the needs of older adults and people with dementia
- Clinical confidence and good decision-making skills
- A warm person-centred approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a team

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administer medications and perform clinical interventions
- Monitor residents wellbeing and respond to changes in health
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Support and guide care staff to ensure consistent standards of care
- Communicate clearly with residents families and healthcare professionals
- Promote a safe inclusive and respectful care environment
