Salary: OTE 40000 per annum

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established independent estate agency in Wallingford.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handling residential property sales from valuation to completion
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating sales and closing deals
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors
- Supporting the branch in hitting targets and achieving growth
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High standard of customer service and professionalism
- Proactive and target-driven attitude
- Well-presented confident and articulate
- Local knowledge of Wallingford and surrounding area preferred
- Full UK driving licence essential
