Job Description
In a nutshell
This role supports the Americas Commercial Operations Team with a combination of administrative and creative responsibilities. Ultimately the role is comprised of three functions: general office management sales & marketing and member services. Various day-to-day tasks include preparing presentations reporting database maintenance coordinating travel & team meetings accounting administration tracking services group leads individual reservations and travel industry events. The ideal candidate is extremely organized with a strong ability to prioritize while passionate about travel culture and design.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Directors as needed with sales and marketing support
- Source venues and travel logistics for sales initiatives and events
- Diligently handle client communication invitations and follow up
- Service travel industry clients with care - both individual and group requests
- Track outstanding travel industry commissions
- Sales related research and prospecting (travel agencies tour operators etc.)
- Support Account Directors projects presentations reporting and hotel communication
- Initiate new processes to increase efficiency
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to team
- Provide general organizational and departmental administrative support
- Coordinate operational tasks and updates with our member hotels and internal stakeholders
- Daily database maintenance
Experience & Mindset
- Bachelors degree in business hospitality management or related fields
- Spoken and written fluency in English (Additional languages of Spanish or French are beneficial)
- Previous experience in travel or hospitality industry strongly desired
- Analytical and administrative skills with attention for detail
- Professional customer service experience
- Proactive and quick-thinking in problem resolution
- Avid learner with exceptional interpersonal skills and creative mind
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS office applications and keynote (Experience with Salesforce and Tableau are beneficial)

The annual pay range for this position is $60.000 to $69.000.
