Ce cours porte sur ltude des approches mthodes et tapes de la recherche en enseignement en sant. Examen de la complmentarit de divers types de recherche dans le contexte de la pdagogie et lenseignement en sant.

Requirements:

  • Formation doctorale en ducation en sciences de la sant ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Solides connaissances en mthodologie de la recherche incluant les approches qualitatives et quantitatives ainsi quune comprhension approfondie des fondements pistmologiques de la recherche en ducation en sant.
  • Bonne comprhension des enjeux lis la recherche en pdagogie des sciences de la sant et de leurs rpercussions sur les apprenants les enseignants et le systme de formation professionnelle postsecondaire.
  • Exprience en enseignement en ligne auprs de cliniciens idalement dans un contexte interprofessionnel en sant.
  • Exprience dans lenseignement et lvaluation de travaux crits avec capacit offrir une rtroaction formative.
  • Excellente matrise du franais (parl et crit) ainsi quaptitude corriger la langue dans les travaux des tudiantes et tudiants.
  • Matrise des outils technologiques ncessaires lenseignement en ligne notamment BrightSpace Zoom et Zotero.
