Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher at the elementary level to provide English language instruction and support to students in elementary school. The ideal candidate is flexible culturally responsive and able to tailor instruction to meet the varying language proficiency levels and developmental needs of students across age ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging ESL lessons aligned with school curriculum and language proficiency standards (e.g. WIDA CEFR).Assess students English proficiency and language development through formal and informal with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate language support within content detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and a safe inclusive and language-rich learning in professional development and school-wide language acquisition and academic achievement for English learners at all grade levels.
