Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of all corporate partner and preferred supplier agreements. Work with all partners as well as cross-departmentally across our domestic destinations and experiences to execute manage and track all park-specific contractual commitments marketing programs and events to achieve business and financial objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with a multi-disciplined team in the development tracking and management all corporate and preferred supplier contract compliance for Universal Orlando Resort Universal Studios Hollywood Universal Horror Unleashed & Universal Kids Resort partnerships. Service all provisions of agreements. Maintain high level of partner satisfaction through servicing of contract needs. Daily interaction with internal and external partners.
- Assist with administration of on-going partner benefits and hospitality requests. Maintain detailed tracking reports.
- Manage purchase orders and invoice submission through Purchase Manager and SNAP systems for the department. Assist with department billing for internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Contract Compliance on special projects/assignments. Provide support to the Partnership team in all areas of daily account management. Participate in supporting on-site partner activations and participation in marquee events.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Associate degree (AA) is required.
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or Communications is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year in consumer or partnership marketing.
- Entertainment or Hospitality industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
