Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $780 - $1125 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. In this fast-paced role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions with customers in our database.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution to their satisfaction.
- Work with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
