The PMO Project Management Lead oversees and manages individual projects within the 4DW Program. Responsibilities include leading projects such as setting up Clinical Data Repositories (CDRs) developing clinical data management tools or generating clinical quality and compliance reports.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for PMO Project Management Lead:$92k- $97k
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical Dental Vision 401K and other possible benefits as provided.Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
PMO Project Management Lead Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage individual projects within the 4DW Program providing direction guidance and support to project teams.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines resource requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with program goals.
Identify and engage key stakeholders including internal teams external partners and clients to ensure their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and issues associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring successful project delivery.
Allocate resources effectively including personnel budget and equipment to support project activities and achieve project objectives within the allocated timeframe and budget.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project teams stakeholders and senior management providing regular updates on project progress milestones and issues.
Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
Manage changes to project scope schedule and budget effectively assessing impacts and communicating changes to stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports meeting minutes and other relevant artifacts ensuring transparency and accountability.
Monitor project performance against key metrics identify deviations from the plan and take corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

PMO Project Management Lead Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
Minimum Qualification: Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches with the ability to plan execute and monitor projects effectively.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams foster collaboration and drive project success.
Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders including internal teams external partners clients and senior management.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to articulate project goals objectives and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify issues analyze root causes and develop effective solutions to overcome challenges.
Proficiency in identifying assessing and mitigating project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Must pass the pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
