Job Description
School: Castle South Middle School
Hours: 3.5 hrs. (10:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m.)
Position: Server
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
- Fill water dispensers
- HACCP documentation logs
Service:
- Serving
- Put up clean dishes
Closing Task:
- Complete production records
- Daily weekly and monthly cleaning
- Put up stock
- Laundry
- Take out trash
- Any taskdeemed appropriate by the manager.
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour duringashort training period but will increase to $17.43 upon completion of
training andpositive review from manager.
