Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a high-growth anesthesiology group with 500 employees in their search for aMedical Coding & Compliance Manager. This hybrid role combines hands-on coding with team leadership providing the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and supportive culture.
Highlights:
Hybrid role (23 days/week in office; 4 days/week during initial training)
Manage and mentor two Revenue Cycle Risk Auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee coding compliance and internal audits.
Ensure accurate coding in anesthesiology and pain management.
Educate physicians on documentation and coding requirements.
Create reports and presentations to support compliance efforts
Qualifications:
CPC certification (AAPC) required.
Strong background in anesthesia and pain management coding.
Experience in coding audits and compliance.
Bachelors degree preferred or 5 years in medical coding/audit.
Strong communicator and proactive self-starter.
