Employee Benefits Account Manager
Established agency seeking a full-time Account Manager to work in our benefits department. This position supports the Producer and Account Exec in servicing group benefit clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with Running Quotes and Preparing Benefit and Cost Comparisons.
- Database Management in Applied Epic.
- Processing eligibility changes online with the insurance companies.
- Day to day service issues (billing eligibility and claim resolution).
- No license is required for the role.
Required experience:
- 4 years of previous benefits experience preferably with an agency or broker
- Experienced with using MS Word and Excel
Required education:
- College or Equivalent Independent Agency Experience
