About the Role
Essity North America is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be accountable for brand building and developing the strategy for local markets in line with global brand strategies. They will also be leading implementing and executing the strategies that have been put in place.
The ideal candidate should live in Philadelphia PA.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for TENA brand within US managing interface with product development and coordinating/or driving global and local product launches
- Develop Go-To-Marketing plans for TENA consumer in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans
- Activate ATL communication activities aligned with Global Brand guidelines and Global Brand Communication assets
- Develop Go-To-Marketing plans for locally generated activities to directly respond to market needs
- Ensure adequate internal and external communication in case of quality issues
- Ensure collection of brand/product/channel related insights
- Collect compile verify and analyze data on market trends consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand.
Who You Are
- Five plus (5) years of marketing experience preferably in CPG B2C
- Previous experience launching new products developing complex marketing plans external agency management
- P&L management
- Strong Proficiency in Circana/Nielsen a plus
- Ability to work independently
