The Boeing Company has an opportunity for an Executive Office Assistant to support executive leadership within the 787 team in Boeing South Carolina facility.
The ideal candidate is proficient with Microsoft Office calendar management travel and expense reporting supply ordering and the Microsoft Office software suite and has experience supporting multiple executives.
Position Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage schedules and calendars for executives.
Represent supported executive leaders in a professional engaging and proactive manner.
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders including external customers peers and leadership team in both onsite and virtual environments.
Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements monitor designated business travelers logistics generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges.
Coordinate logistics for visits with other Boeing sites suppliers customers and other external entities.
Plan support and implement logistics for executive-level internal and / or external events and meetings across multiple sites.
Create edit and maintain communications such as reports and presentations.
Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
Track maintain and manage designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience supporting senior executives.
Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements generating expenses reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges
A team player able to work in collaborative environment with strong interpersonal skills
Professional with a strong customer focus
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
Experience collecting interpreting data and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
Experience managing office supplies and conference room schedules
A team player able to work in collaborative environment with strong interpersonal skills
Professional with a strong customer focus
