Job Description

Position Summary:

Turning Points is one of the largest social service agencies in Philadelphia supporting the needs of more than 10000 men women and children throughout the city. We offer programs that help families in raising safe healthy educated and strong children by partnering with caregivers to develop and strengthen protective qualities and by offering them the tools skills and resources needed to ensure their childrens optimal development.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for support of the Case Management team to provide case management and a broad array of academic and social services to eligible ELECT program participants to help them stay in school graduate and successfully transition to employment. The ELECT program always works to connect the students to educational and cultural activities that promote students understanding of children development nurturing parenting practices and exposes students to experiences that help them and their children grow and thrive.
