What Youll Do
As the Career Center Manager youll take ownership of all center operations blending strategic vision with boots-on-the-ground leadership. From coaching staff and cultivating community partnerships to using data to fine-tune services youll lead with purpose and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage mentor and motivate a team of staff members. Youll foster a collaborative inclusive and mission-driven work environment.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with safety confidentiality and customer service standards.
- Empower Growth: Deliver hands-on training and professional development promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Build Bridges: Develop strong relationships with local employers educational institutions chambers of commerce and community partners to expand job opportunities and support local hiring needs.
- Champion Our Mission: Promote the centers services through outreach social media public events and collaborative partnerships.
- Use Data for Impact: Leverage performance metrics and CRM systems to monitor progress drive decisions and improve service delivery.
What You Bring
- A passion for people and a belief in their potential.

- The ability to lead with empathy and drive with purpose.
- A talent for relationship-building problem-solving and team development.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 4 years in workforce development education nonprofit or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable traveling locally for community outreach and partner engagement.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Travel required for community outreach partnership meetings and professional.
