We are currently seeking a full-time Business Systems Associate for our West Jordan UT location.
As a Business Systems Associate you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Salesforce by leveraging your proficiency and experience in Salesforce problem solving and attention to detail. You will be responsible to learn company processes and work with external implementation teams to adapt and implement existing processes and/or define new processes. You will also need to learn/understand software to streamline train troubleshoot and support all departments within the company.
Duties include:
- Support departments in Salesforce.
- Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Work with external teams to configure and implement Salesforce in accordance with AE requirements and standards.
- Streamline document and train on new and existing processes.
- Proficient in Excel (Required).
- Detail oriented (Required).
- Ability to multitask (Required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Office Suite (Preferred).
- Software troubleshooting experience (Preferred).
- Salesforce experience/certifications (Preferred).
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
