As a member of the People & Operations team the Sr. Manager of People & Operations will help build develop and retain a diverse engaged and high-functioning staff. Reporting directly to the Executive Director the People & Operations (POps) Director will play a critical role ensuring staff and corps have the necessary tools resources and support to drive student impact and operational excellence. The Sr. Manager of People & Operations will be responsible for site operations to optimize integrate and align people processes with department and site-wide initiatives. This role serves on the site leadership team and supports the development and execution of site people & operations strategies working collaboratively across all departments at the site.Job Description
