Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Selenium Automation Test Lead
As a QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
Ability to create a comprehensive test plan and strategy considering the specific requirements functionalities and dependencies of the applications being tested.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to effectively participate in testing activities within the development team.
Proficiency in designing test cases that cover various scenarios including positive and negative test cases edge cases and boundary conditions for batch processing database interactions and online screens.
A solid understanding of system architecture as FES landscape includes Batch Java Front End and Back End Informatica and other data intensive systems.
Working experience in Cucumber/Jasmine/Mocha based WebdriverIO framework.
Proficiency with version control systems like Git is crucial for collaborating with other developers and managing code changes efficiently.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins Github Actions which enable automated building testing and deployment of tightly coupled systems.
Working experience in JEST framework and Typescript for API Test automation.
Working experience in WebdriverIO/Typescript for UI Test automation
Understanding of batch processing concepts and the ability to design and execute tests for batch jobs including validating data transformation error handling scheduling and monitoring
Ability to perform data validation at different stages of processing ensuring data consistency accuracy and integrity between various components such as batch jobs databases and online screens
Ability to influence collaborate and build solid relationships with team members
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- All applicants authorized to work in the United State are encouraged to apply
- Work location is St. Paul MN and InfosysHub Locations. This position may require travel.
- At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
