Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a passionate and enthusiasticPROJECT MANAGERto join a commercial real estate developer and builder. There may be some travel required with this position.
PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute projects managing schedules budgets and resources
Generate and maintain project agreements subcontracts change orders RFIs and submittals
Ensure clear communication and satisfaction as the primary client contact
Ensure compliance with quality standards building codes and OSHA safety regulations
PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
5 years experience as a Commercial Project Manager
Highly proficient with blueprint reading and technical drawings
Knowledge of Houston building codes and Texas permitting processes
OSHA 30 preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105000.00 - $185000.00 per year
