Job Description
Sterile Packing Supervision: Manage and supervise labeling visual inspection sealing overprinting and secondary packing of sterile products.
Batch Execution: Ensure line clearance machine readiness and correct material usage before batch initiation.
In-Process Checks: Monitor leak testing label verification pack integrity and documentation during packing operations.
Team Management: Guide and train packing operators and apprentices ensuring adherence to SOPs and aseptic techniques.
GMP Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely Batch Packing Records (BPRs) logbooks and cleaning records in line with GMP and data integrity standards.
Equipment Handling: Operate and troubleshoot packing equipment including labelers sealers blister or cartonators used in sterile areas.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure packing practices comply with USFDA MHRA WHO and EU-GMP regulations and documentation is audit-ready.
Coordination: Liaise with QA Engineering and Warehouse teams to support seamless operations and resolve deviations.
