Quality Systems Engineer
Salary: 50k
Location: Andover
Hours: MondayFriday Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent
Our market-leading client is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer with strong knowledge of ISO 13485 to support their ongoing quality and compliance initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of quality system development and implementation within a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in enhancing business management systems supporting external audits and driving quality performance. Youll also provide cover for the Quality Systems Manager when required.

Quality Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead by example on good documentation practice and other elements of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485
- Conduct document control activities in accordance with the business requirements
- Support the production of new business management system documentation and change existing documentation
- Support external audit activities from certification and regulatory bodies and existing customers
- Produce weekly/monthly status reports for management
- Management of QHSE data trending
- Document control and audit continuous improvement
Quality Systems Engineer Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience auditing to ISO 9001 & ISO 13485
Strong organisational analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Experience:
- Ideally from a manufacturing aerospace automotive or medical background
- Practical knowledge of electronics engineering
