About the Role
VU TAFE is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Educator to join our vibrant Community Services Department. In this role you will lead and support the delivery of high-quality training programs mentor and guide teaching staff and drive curriculum innovation that responds to industry needs and drives student success. The role is also vital in industry engagement and ensuring programs remain compliant.

This is a full-time twelve - month fixed - term position working 38 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at the classification of Senior Educator Level 1 and salary of $117592 per annum plus 17% superannuation.

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about community services education and committed to sharing their extensive practical knowledge with others. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the community services sector a commitment to the development of future professionals and a drive to continuously improve educational practices. Experience in leading teams managing educational programs and creating a positive inclusive learning environment is highly valued.
