Property Team Members

Large multi-campus Christian school

Ongoing full-time/part-time position/s

Drouin Drouin East and Leongatha location/s


Chairo Christian School is a non-denominational Christian school with 1900 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

Our mission is to provide excellence in Christ-centred education in partnership with families within a caring Christian community. In doing this we aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study careers service and life in general.

We are currently seeking the services of one or more dedicated Property Team Members to be available to work at our Drouin Drouin East and/or Leongatha campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and provide important improvement and maintenance to our campuses.

Some key responsibilities will include the following:

Providing a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice manner relationships and general lifestyle

Using vehicles plant mowers and other equipment required to undertake daily routine tasks in a safe manner

Working with skilled tradespersons at times to service and maintain facilities and equipment as required

As part of the team maintaining records of essential services and occupational health tests and checks

The successful candidate will have the following:

Demonstrated commitment to the schools Statement of Faith

Skills and experience in the operation of tools plant and machinery

Understanding and experience in relation to OHS procedures

Trade certificates or related qualifications (desirable)
