Hourly Rate: $34.19 - $35.64 (pending experience)

Your Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Holy Spirit College in the position of Administration Assistant (Front Reception). This is a term-time continuing position for 38hpw commencing from as soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Administration Assistant (Front Reception) provides a professional and welcoming environment to all visitors of Holy Spirit College Mackay.

About you
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:
- Tolerance maturity patience and a capacity for self-organisation.
- An ability to respond and adapt whilst operating in an environment which is often demanding and busy
- Effective communication skills in order to speak with staff students parents and visitors to the College
- A capacity for tact and discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
