Job Description
Description of the role: The Part Time Front Receptionist at Flemington BMW is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment greeting visitors answering phone calls and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the reception area.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
