Overview:
The Mercatus Center at George Mason University is seeking an Intern as part of our Academic and Student Programs team to assist with operations support help with events and ensure programs run their time with Mercatus ASP the intern will have the opportunity to get a feel for the ins-and-outs of a non-profit organization learn what teams work here what they do and how they do it. They will build a suite of hard skills in operations such as inventory management shipping and project management as well as software skills in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat Salesforce and Pitney Bowes. Furthermore interns will have the opportunity to contribute toward a specific contained project that their manager will design with them which will uniquely contribute to the organization in some manner and will be tailored to provide experience in some skill software or topic in which the intern has an interest.
