The Early Learning Site Director provides program and spiritual leadership to the overall Early Learning program planting our purpose and mission in the lives of our teaching and support staff as well as students.
POSITION REPONSIBILITIES:
- Agree with Cascade Christian SchoolsStatement of FaithandTeaching Statements
- Weave Cascade Christian Schools guiding principles into all endeavors
- Facilitate opportunities for spiritual growth in students
- Endeavor to think plan and instruct through a biblical world and life view
- Ensure that the professional growth of the school is at the highest level by being knowledgeable and by setting high expectations for the department staff
- Assist with the development of curriculum that meets the educational goals of CCS
- Serveas a spiritual leader among staff parents and students
- Oversee compliance with state and federal regulation
- Oversee Professional Development regulatory training and requirements
- Oversee yearly early learning center re-licensing process
- Collaborate with the Advancement team for student recruitment and retention
- Oversee effective communications to all parents and staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Christian role model in attitude speech and action
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Learning or related field preferred
- Associate of Arts degree required
- Five or more years of successful experience in Early Learningleadership
- Working understanding of business practices
- Ability to manage a variety of programs at once
- The ability to implement 21stCentury Skills into curriculum design
- Ability to integrate a biblical worldview perspective into curriculum design
- Knowledge and application of educational technology
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Be customer-service and public-relations focused
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work flexibility
- Able to attend devotions faculty meetings after-school and evening functions
- Able to attend one Saturday open house event
- First-aid and CPR-certified or willing to receive and pass certification training
- Criminal history and background check clearance
- Able to lead high capacity teams
- Able to think and act in fast paced enviroment circumstances
Work Hours:Full-time Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Start Date:August 8 2025
Salary Range:$50000-$63000; Benefits package
