The pay rate for this position is $22/hour.
Bilingual Spanish English Communication skills needed for this opening.
How Youll Shine:
Prepare facilitate & coordinate communications schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of Engineering management.
Prepare and process expense reports for Engineering leadership establish and maintain filing systems.
Draft financial statistical narrative and /or other reports as requested.
Responsible for maintaining rapport with vendors and checking accounts for accuracy.
Responsible for maintaining payroll tasks with managers help.
Support general Engineering / Maintenance team andResortOperations acting as ourliaisonwith other departments --relaying information to the appropriate team member(s)and following up on completion of expectations to ensure prompt and efficient guest satisfaction.
Promote a fun positive inclusive working environment as well as assist with property internal and external guest satisfaction events.
Performs other work duties as requested.
What Youll Bring:
High school diploma or GED required.
General administrative operational knowledge preferred.
3 years frequent use of Word Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
3 years administrative supportor combination of college degree and 2 years of administrative experience.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of employee.
Superior communication skills (written and verbal) Bilingual Spanish English.
Ability to adapt to change.
Must be able to lead and coordinate projects utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
