JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Continuously patrol the school building(s) campus parking lot(s) and grounds including unsupervised notify the school administration of behavior issues or student handbook violations and intervene as appropriate if the situation in-school suspensions lunch detentions and after-school monitor and track habitually tardy in supervising students arrival dismissal and breakfast and lunch students in ensuring smooth and timely student transitions through and between visitors check for proper identification and escort them to exits if not as a role model for students in behavior attire and professional flexibility and employ problem-solving skills to work effectively with staff students and families. Effectively communicate with individuals of diverse additional training and professional development to meet the conditions and responsibilities of the other related duties as assigned by the Principal or designee to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the CONDITIONSThe work environment characteristics described here represent those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job in a public high school setting.
