Were looking for a Customer Service Specialist whos ready to be the voice of our organization resolving issues building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way!
What Youll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with confidence and care
- Prepare accurate quotes for parts and services
- Collaborate daily with Inside Sales Outside Sales and Market Development teams
- Coordinate with Planning Shipping and Accounting to meet customer needs
- Manage complaints and returns while maintaining detailed CRM records
- Handle 200 calls/month as part of a high-performing service queue
- Champion our core values:Caring Adding Value and Teamwork
What You Bring:
- 50 WPM typing speed with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook and Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication-no scripts here!
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Confidence in interacting with all levels of the organization and customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Preferred Background:
- Post-secondary education is a plus
- Experience in customer service inside sales support or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus
Bonus Skills:
- Solid math skills including percentages and ratios
- Ability to create and interpret simple Excel graphs
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with moderate noise (phones conversations etc.)
- Primarily seated computer-focused work
- Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs. rarely up to 25 lbs.)
