Key job responsibilities - Deeply understand the needs of our Operations stakeholders: You listen eectively to our business stakeholders across Fulfilment Center Operations DG Operations and Carrier partners and are able to design innovative technical solutions to resolve their pain points. Your prioritization decisions are well-reasoned and customer-based.
- Work closely with our technical team: You bring crisp clear requirements to our engineers and are fully engaged in technical discussions. In addition you partner well with our Amazon Fulfilment technology partners.
- Continuously drive forward progress: You are excellent at creating buy-in for your product vision and decisions. You keep stakeholders aligned and you proactively tackle blockers. When the path forward is ambiguous you drive toward clarity while exercising concrete judgement.
- Utilize problem-solving fundamentals excellent attention to detail a strong sense of end-to-end ownership and superb verbal/written communication skills in day to day operation.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent - 6 years of compliance audit or risk management experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Masters degree or equivalent - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
