Key responsibilities of the Oxbridge Graduate:
Lead targeted interventions to support students academic progress and wellbeing
Confidently manage behaviour in line with the schools policies
Provide proactive and creative support for students with SEND
Collaborate with teaching staff and SEND teams to deliver tailored learning plans
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to share student progress
Follow the curriculum closely focusing on attainment and progress
Work flexibly within a large school environment adapting to diverse needs
Be a committed team player contributing to a positive school culture
Who we are looking for:
An Oxbridge Graduate with a 1:1 degree
Confident in behaviour management and working with SEND students
Proactive creative flexible and adaptive
Experienced in supporting students and delivering interventions
Ambitious with a strong desire to progress into teacher training
Excellent communication skills especially with parents and carers
