Oxbridge Graduate Barking & Dagenham September Start

Key responsibilities of the Oxbridge Graduate:

  • Lead targeted interventions to support students academic progress and wellbeing

  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to share student progress

Who we are looking for:

  • An Oxbridge Graduate with a 1:1 degree

  • Confident in behaviour management and working with SEND students

  • Proactive creative flexible and adaptive

  • Experienced in supporting students and delivering interventions

  • Ambitious with a strong desire to progress into teacher training

  • Excellent communication skills especially with parents and carers
