Job Title: Agile Project Manager (Remote Canada)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a remote basis. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives manage project lifecycles end-to-end and collaborate closely with stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document project scope goals deliverables timelines and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and communication strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Proactively communicate project expectations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Estimate resources and create project schedules budgets and work breakdown structures.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure milestone completion.
- Identify and manage project risks dependencies and critical paths.
- Implement and oversee change management processes.
- Conduct regular status meetings and deliver project updates to stakeholders.
- Lead project post-mortem reviews and generate performance improvement reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in end-to-end project management.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional distributed teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira MS Project Asana Trello or similar.
- Exceptional organizational time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects remotely and manage across time zones.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred but not required.
