Job Description

Design and develop automated test scripts to validate software functionality performance and reliability.

Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test cases.

Collaborate with QA and development teams to define testing requirements and reusable scripts.

Debug and resolve test script failures; ensure seamless execution of test suites.

Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins Git Azure DevOps).

Perform regression API and performance testing across platforms.
-
Document test outcomes defects and test coverage.
-
Contribute to integrating GenAI capabilities into automation strategy.

Ensure alignment with business requirements industry best practices and compliance standards.
-
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
-
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in automation testing and framework development.

Strong in Python (preferred) or Java for scripting.
-
Proficient with automation tools/frameworks like Selenium Appium TestNG JUnit Cypress or Playwright.

Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman RestAssured).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Git or Azure DevOps.

Exposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM TestRail).

Understanding of testing methodologies Unit Integration System Regression and Performance Testing.

Experience in cloud-based testing environments (AWS Azure or GCP).
-
Knowledge of GenAI concepts and a proactive approach to innovation in automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good to have: SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
