Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Conduct functional regression integration and performance testing.
-
Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and assess testability and risks.

Identify document and track defects using tools like JIRA.
-
Participate in architecture and design reviews to provide feedback on quality and testability.
-
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards for software testing.
-
Provide regular updates on testing progress issues and risks to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
-
3 years of experience in software testing preferably with web and financial applications.
-
Strong understanding of testing methodologies tools and processes.
-
Familiarity with master data management and finance/accounting systems is a plus.

Proficient in tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-
Working knowledge of SQL and database testing.
-
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
-
Automation testing experience is a plus.
