Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Execution
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for events overseeing all event logistics from setup through breakdown.
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments to deliver a unified guest experience.
- Manage the execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure specifications are followed precisely.
- Be visibly present during events and actively engage with clients and attendees.
Guest & Client Relations
- Greet clients upon arrival and maintain communication throughout the event.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client needs and feedback.
- Conduct post-event follow-up and collect feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Support event billing accuracy and review final invoices with clients.
Communication & Team Collaboration
Service & Standards
- Uphold Olympias values by modeling a positive proactive and service-driven approach.
- Identify and address operational challenges recommending solutions as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement by integrating feedback and best practices into future events.
- Support upselling efforts and assist with forecasting when appropriate.
