As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales & Marketing the role revolves around driving sales business
development and strategic initiatives. This includes overseeing existing product sales formulating budgets
developing strategies managing customer and competition information and spearheading the identification
development and launch of new products to foster business growth
Spearhead sales and business development initiatives for existing
products.
Prepare budgets and formulate strategic plans for sales and
marketing activities.
Implement Management Information Systems (MIS) to analyze
and monitor customer and competitor data.
Identify opportunities for new product development.
Lead the launch and subsequent business development of new
products.
Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field Chemistry Food
Science)./ Degree in engineering.
MBA is preferred.
Experience 8yrs of Extensive experience in sales and marketing roles experience
In managing team.
