Answerclient questionsregardingscheduling and the exam process connect clients to departmental staff when needed
Calland email referring hospitals for medical records enter medical records in patient file after reviewing to ensure all pertinent information is received
Keepa friendly and professional demeanor when speaking to clients and all members of the referring clinic teams
