The Solution Consultant is a leadership role focused on onboarding MSI customers to the Service Pro platform and helping them maximize visibility efficiency and profitability. Working closely with a Project Manager youll guide customers through a smooth onboarding process ensuring alignment between their goals project milestones and implementation strategy.
As a trusted advisor youll collaborate directly with customers to understand their business processes and tailor our software to meet their needs. Youll provide hands-on training share industry best practices and offer strategic recommendations to drive successful platform adoption from onboarding through deployment.
Youll also partner with the Sales team to assess new opportunities identify potential implementation challenges and evaluate customer fit. Supporting MSIs implementation partners by providing training and problem-solving guidance is a key part of this role.
Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services youll operate with a high degree of autonomy lead by example mentor peers manage complex client engagements handle escalations professionally and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Team Dynamic
This role reports directly to the Manager of Professional Services. The right fit will work alongside the Professional Services team and contribute to software implementations for new and existing customers. The Solution Consultant also provides important insights to the Product Management team on new capabilities to consider for the Service Pro platform.

As a Solution Consultant youll play a key role in onboarding customers to our Service Pro platform working side-by-side with a Project Manager to ensure successful implementations. Your focus will be on understanding business needs configuring solutions and delivering real value.

Because were in software we spend a lot of time in front of our computers of course! Because of this you should be prepared to remain in a stationary position during most working hours. This also means there is a basic expectation that youll be able to make effective use of a computer. We do value work/life balance but to cut down on interference of other work there may be expectations of availability on evenings and weekends.
