This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a brand from its early stages and help shape everything from product development to marketing and messaging.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration with sourcing creative operations and marketing teams to bring new products to market and scale the brand across channels. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial creative analytical and excited to create something meaningful that resonates with customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Own the vision positioning and execution for the brand
Lead product strategy and collaborate with design and sourcing teams
Identify marketing opportunities across channels and platforms
Define and refine brand identity voice and messaging
Work with marketing to bring products to life online and in campaigns
Monitor KPIs sales performance and consumer feedback to optimize strategies
Stay on top of industry trends and competitor movements
Ideal Qualifications:
3 years of experience in brand management product marketing or related roles
Experience in the Kids Toys Skincare or Pet Productsindustry strongly preferred
Strong creative instincts and analytical decision-making ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution
Portfolio case study or example of a brand or product youve led or helped build
